Clay

Here is something rather amazing that my daughter made at age 10. She loves Egyptian motifs and patterns. Last night she said she might make an entire sarcophagus, mini size of course. I don't how she comes up with these things, but one can always envy the creative mind of a child.

What a wonderful trio of posts today. Always a pleasure popping in to your blog, Susan. I love your 2 minute sketch and description of your friend and all the connections but best of all I love this! I thought this was something one of your artists had just produced. Age 10! Wow.

This is simply gorgeous, isn't she talented! I am blessed with arty children (although the youngest isn't 2 yet so it might all change!) and it is wonderful to see what they come out with, I am always humbled by their talent and sense of freedom and the way they view the world.
